As a Visual Merchandiser, you are part of the sales team and are always right in the center of the action. Your main responsibility is to create an inspiring and sales-driving store environment together with your colleagues. You plan and follow up on campaigns, while informing and involving your colleagues in the process. You work purposefully with sales management tools and ensure that the store is always well-stocked and dynamic. Through your personality and professionalism in customer interactions, you create satisfied customers who return to the store.

• We are looking for you with education in retail communication.
• We want you to have experience in similar roles within retail.
• We would appreciate experience in leading projects and training other Visual Merchandisers.
• We expect you to be proactive and action-oriented.
• We believe you have a pedagogical ability and are good at building relationships.
• We hope you are a positive person with energy, engagement, and joy.

Conditions:

• Employment: The position is a permanent part-time role (19 hours/week), with a probation period.
• Location: The store at Torp Shopping Center in Uddevalla.
• Schedule: Varied working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement with responsibility supplement as VM.
• Start: 2026-09-01 or as agreed.
